It is okay to be inspired by others. It is okay to be reminded about your desires because of others.

However, your believability is your own. Your experiences are your own. Your life cannot be driven by what other people think about theirs.

If you tend to find great interest in what a Popular or Rich person has to say, there is a high chance that you have 'herd mentality'.

A simple way to evaluate this is to check your appeal towards somebody who automatically appears on your feed.

There's nothing wrong with 'herd mentality'. All that it means is that you're just like the majority, and that's perfectly fine.

The only disadvantage is that you make your own life uninteresting and non-creative, because you're not checking or questioning the authenticity of what you're believing in.

Remember, GOING WITH THE FLOW is not the same as GOING WITH THE FLOW LIKE A DEAD INSECT IN THE RIVER.
