What you seek 'starts from' within

There are many great souls from the past that have inspired us to enhance or upgrade our lives. They have helped human beings in expanding their thinking. They continue to.

We often tend to look at someone and get influenced by their lifestyle, their thinking, especially if we're on a similar path, or if we aspire to be an expanded version 🔮 of ourselves. Life is about 'more' - either physical or non-physical. We want 'more'. More things, more sex, more money, more rooms in the house, more room in the car - or if not any of these physical things - more Thoughts that can help us evolve - until we reach a point, at least.

When we hear statements like, 'What you seek is seeking you', or 'What you seek is within', or 'The Kingdom of Heaven is within you', or 'It's all in the Mind', or 'The lover you seek is within you', etc. we (e.g. someone who is new on this path) tend to begin a journey of self-discovery and deep thinking 🧠

Times are rapidly changing. Life experiences are more complex today than they were 50-100 years ago. Relationships are becoming more fragile today. And tending to believe that you are happier) alone is natural. At the same time, we have references to the lives of those great souls who have made those great statements.

However, we need to remember that these are all CHOICES. What's happening in the world doesn't need to happen in your Mind. Your own individual life experiences can be 'simple', and not complex. You can set the right foundation 🧱 for the relations / relationships you build. However, because people don't work on their inner selves, they fail to live simple, uncomplicated, happy, and free lives.

💡 So, here's a little reminder - when you start working on yourself, when you DECIDE to be slightly more unconditional each day, when you CHOOSE love, instead of hatred and jealousy, when you CORRECT your perspectives, instead of trying to change the world, you set yourself on a path of self-expansion, self-better-awareness, and self-love.

And once your glass 🥛 is full, you can CHOOSE to share it 👐 with someone... or not. Now, that's neither right or wrong. It's YOUR CHOICE. The problem with majority of the world today is that everybody is moving around with empty glasses, expecting to get them filled from others.

Therefore, 'What you seek is within' is a reminder for you to stop looking for love / happiness / respect out there, because those are your inherent, built-in qualities. It is nobody's job to make you feel fulfilled or loved or happy or respected (or to fill your void). It is your own. And once you've accomplished that, you overflow with love for not just one other, but for the whole world. And that's where the choice comes, whether you want to have someone to share your life with, or not. Some of those great souls chose not to. That doesn't "have to" be your ultimatum.

That is why I always say, 'What you seek is STARTS FROM within', or 'It is all STARTS in the Mind.', or 'Meditation is the solution path'. The journey doesn't end WITHIN. It begins there. You are in this physical world to enjoy this physical world, not to float in the air and meditate forever!
