Well-being Jar.
https://bit.ly/well-being-jar
While dropping money in my Piggy Bank, I wondered if it would be nice to drop chits of well-being in the desired areas, per incident. This is how I came up with this Original Mind Exercise.
Well-being can mean different things to different people, but you need to follow YOUR own understanding / definition of well-being. I can definitely give you a good one-liner, but I wouldn't do that, as mentioned in the video. Do NOT follow someone else's understanding / definition of well-being.
Drop chits about your DAILY (moment-to-moment) Experiences that occur in that area of your life, as a manifestation of your well-being experience. Write them as and how they occur. (You can also choose to sit down at the end of the day and write them all - each on a separate chit.)
It is NOT necessary to take them out and re-read those chits! You may do that if it pleases you.
You're NOT supposed to dig out past experiences and write them! This is a Present Tense exercise.
The idea behind this Mind Exercise is to create an attraction pattern of positive experiences in your energy.
